- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chives and Sausage to taste
- Chicken thigh over sliced thigh500 g
- First we are going to cook the pasta in water and salt only. I used Urbano's gluten-free pasta.
- Let's heat the pan with olive oil and put a pint of sugar. When the sugar darkens, add the chicken and let it fry, after turning the chicken. When all sides are fried, add the onion, garlic and tomato and let it cook.
- Add a little water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Let cook for 15 minutes. If necessary, add more water.
- When it's already cooked, add the onion and parsley and turn it off. I remembered to leave a broth to add the pasta.
- After draining the pasta, place it in a bowl and add the sauce and chicken. Ready, simple and fast. It's delicious!
- It goes perfect with grated cheese.
- Tip: gluten-free pasta takes a little longer to cook. But it's very tasty.
