- yakisoba noodles (Gluten-free bifum brand)200 g
- Beef mignon or duckling150 g
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Broccoli1/4 unit(s)
- Medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Cauliflower1/4 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper about 100g1 unit(s)
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Shoyo1/2 cup
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sauté the onion and garlic in oil in a frying pan. Over medium high heat, fry the meat cut into strips.
- Only when it is well fried, add salt and add the vegetables.
- Dissolve the cornstarch well in the shoyu and add it little by little.
- On a low heat, let it cook until the vegetables are soft and the broth is thick (add a little water if necessary). Don't let it dry it's important that it stays wet.
- Cook the gluten-free pasta in boiling salted water. Take care not to go past the Al dente point, it's perfect
- In a container add the pasta and the sauce made on top. Ready now just delight 😍
