- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Peel the cassava, cut it into pieces and put it to cook in salted water. Once soft, drain and mash with a potato masher. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put the dough on the table, make rolls and cut. If you need to put a little flour on the table. Heat a pan with water, a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Place the gnocchi little by little, when it starts to rise, just remove it and put it in a bowl. Use the sauce of your choice. Note: you can replace cassava with potatoes or cassava
