- Gnocchi1 kg
- Bring water with salt to boil
- In another pan, 500ml of milk, 1 dessert plate of grated fresh cheese, grated nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well and keep stirring until it boils and thickens.
- Place the gnocchi in the boiling water, wait for it to rise, wait another two minutes and remove. Add the sauce while still hot, sprinkle more cheese and serve next.
