- Asterix Potato400 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour80 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Ripe tomato4 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Peel the potatoes and cook until soft.
- Use a ricer to mash the potatoes and wait for them to cool.
- Put a pan with water on the fire while you finish and roll the dough.
- With the cold potato, add the yolk and salt, mix and gradually add the wheat flour to give the point.
- Divide the dough and make cylinders of about 1.5 cm and cut the gnocchi to approximately 2 cm.
- Place the gnocchi in the boiling water and wait for it to rise in the water to remove with the aid of a slotted spoon. Place on a platter and add a little oil to prevent sticking.
- For the sauce, cut the tomato in half and blend in a blender until it becomes a broth. Reserve.
- In a pan, put a little oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, put salt, pepper and sugar. Let it cook slowly until it thickens.
- Turn off, add fresh basil and gnocchi and serve.
