- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- tomato paste1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Garlic5 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive1 can(s)
- grated cheese to taste
- In a medium pan throw the peeled potatoes, a pinch of salt add water to cover the potatoes.
- After cooking the potatoes, remove from the pan and place in a container where you can knead well. After mashing the potatoes, add the wheat flour little by little.
- Mix with your hands until you reach the point of your preference, roll up and cut into pieces.
- In a pan add water and let it boil, add the pasta when they rise in the water remove and reserve.
- In another pan add 3 tablespoons of oil, garlic, onion, finely chopped peppers, tomato paste, pepper and salt, mix everything then add the ground beef, leave in the pan for 5/7 minutes
- Put the gnocchi on a platter of your choice, put the ground beef sauce, add the grated cheese and it's ready...
