- Vegetable broth500 ml

- Butter1 tablespoon
- Gonggorzola cheese400 g
- Filet Mignon500 g
- In a pan, heat the water and mix the vegetable broth. Keep warm. In another pan, sauté the onion in the margarine, and add the arborio rice. Gradually add the broth, stirring constantly. When the rice is almost al dente, add the gorgonzola cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Add and mix the cooked filet mignon baits. Remove from heat and serve. To decorate pepper and parsley.
