- Tomato sauce600 g

- Remove the macaroni and set aside;

- Cut the gorgonzola into cubes, grind with the help of a mixer and set aside;
- Grind the bacon also with the help of a mixer, mix with the gorgonzola and the cream. Stir until creamy;
- In a pan, sauté the onion and prepare the tomato sauce seasoning to your preference, set aside;
- With the help of a spatula, fill each conchiglione and cover with the tomato sauce;
