- Wheat flour500 g
- Softened Butter50 g
- warm milk1/2 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Sunflower or corn oil1/3 cup
- Lightly beaten egg2 unit(s)
- Sea salt1 dessert spoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Sauteed and seasoned ground beef700 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese250 g
- Gem1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the flour, yeast, eggs, butter and oil. Mix.
- Add the milk, water and salt and mix by beating with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Let the dough rest for 20 minutes before shaping the calzones.
- Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, cut the circles, fill with the meat and cheese and close.
- Place the calzones in an oiled pan, brush the yolk over each one.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
