- 3 cups of warm water600 ml
- 1/2 cup oil100 ml
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) salt10 g
- 1 cup of sugar130 g
- 2 tablespoons of dry yeast20 g
- 9 1/2 cups all-purpose flour950 g
- In a large bowl place the water, yeast, sugar and stir to dissolve the yeast.
- Add the oil, salt and wheat flour little by little while stirring.
- When you can't move any more with the spoon, put a little flour on the bench, put the dough and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and shape each loaf by opening it with a rolling pin and then rolling it up like a roulade.
- Put the breads in a shape, cover with plastic or a cloth and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Brush the buns with 1 egg and a little milk mixed together.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until lightly golden. Help yourself.
