- Recipe
- Wheat flour350 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk100 ml
- Cake Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Sugar for sprinkling2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon for sprinkling1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, break the egg and beat well, then add the sugar, mix well, add the milk and the flour and keep stirring, stir well so that no clumps of flour remain, add the milk little by little, if you see that it is too much liquid the dough add more flour, then add the yeast and stir well. The dough has a consistent creamy consistency, which you can pick up with a spoon and take a while to fall. This is the point. Like heavier cake dough.
- In a pan, heat the oil, the amount will depend on your pan, the oil needs to stay through the pan, and yes, there is no way to escape it, unfortunately there is a generous amount of oil for frying. Oil temperature is medium to high. With the help of two spoons, take an amount of the dough in one and with the other push it into the pan, so it gets the shape of a ball and it is easier to prepare, do it gradually, put it 4 by 4 so you don't soak your dumpling, the oil needs to be at medium temperature for your dumpling to fry both inside and out, with the help of a slotted spoon, turn your dumplings until they are golden, remove from the frying and put it to drain on a plate with paper towel. Do this until your dough runs out, if your oil starts to heat up too much, lower your heat to finish frying the dumplings.
- Once the dough and frying process is done, we are going to sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on our cookies, if you don't like them sprinkled, skip this part and eat without sprinkling, if you like it, make it, it's delicious.
- Then just enjoy these treats. It goes very well with a black coffee, with a very cold Antarctic guarana, you can use it as you like for your afternoon snack.
