- Granulated Tapioca1 kg
- Whole milk1 l
- Coconut Milk250 ml
- grated coconut100 g
- Eggs2 to taste
- Margarine1 teaspoon
- Place the tapioca in a bowl of your choice.
- Bring the milk to a boil along with the salt.
- When the milk comes to a boil, turn off the heat and place over the tapioca, mixing slowly until incorporated. Let it rest for 10 minutes, occasionally give it a stir so it doesn't stick too much.
- After 10 minutes, stir the dough with a wooden spoon and add all the ingredients. Mix well.
- Arrange the dough in a square shape and greased with a little oil and take it to the preheated oven.
