- Bacon70 g
- Cooked ham in cubes200 g
- Diced Mozzarella200 g
- Milk1 l
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cook the Tagliatele according to the package instructions.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting the butter in a large saucepan. Then add the wheat flour and mix well with a fouet. When it foams and starts to brown, pour in the milk and keep stirring until it thickens. Season with salt and nutmeg.
