- Qualho cheese (cut into cubes)100 g
- Sour cream1 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Place the green beans in the pressure cooker and cook for approximately 10 minutes, remove from the heat and drain the beans (discard the water).
- Cut the onion and garlic into very small pieces, sauté in olive oil with the chicken broth tablet, add the beans and mix.
- Put the cottage cheese and mix well, then add the curd cheese, the cream of milk and the green smell, if you find it necessary you can put a pinch of salt.
