- Oil50 ml
- Alcohol Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour400 g
- Sugar and Cinnamon for sprinkling3 tablespoon
- Oil for frying1 can(s)
- In a deep bowl, mix the eggs, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Gradually add the flour until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Transfer to the floured worktop and knead for 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, until it is thin (without tearing)
- Cut the dough into strips in size that will fit in the pan. Make a small hole in the center of the dough to turn one of the ends inside.
- Fry the pasta in preheated oil over low heat until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
