- DOUGH: Wheat flour3 cup
- Water300 ml
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- FILLING: Ground pork500 g
- Soy sauce (shoyu)1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chinese rice wine1 tablespoon
- Ground white pepper to taste
- Sesame Oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped Chives1 unit(s)
- Chopped Chard1 cup
- Shredded Cabbage1 cup
- Chopped fresh ginger1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Ground White Sesame to taste
- PASTA: 1- In a bowl, put the flour, salt and mix 2- Add the water little by little and stir until the dough is homogeneous and does not stick together 3- Place the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes to 2 hours 4- Make a roll with the dough, cut and make balls 5- On a surface with wheat flour, take one by one 6- Knead with the palm of your hand and use a small roll to form a pastry (turn with one hand and stretch with the roll with the other)
- FILLING: 1- Add all the ingredients (from the stuffing) and mix by hand until smooth 2- Take one disk of dough at a time, stuff it, close it like a pastry and cook in boiling water
- FINALIZATION: 1- Sprinkle ground white sesame seeds and chives, and pour some soy sauce on top 2- Serve :)
