- Warm water400 ml
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Oil1/3 cup
- Ham to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
- Mix the sugar, dry yeast, salt, warm water, a cup of flour, stir well and add the oil. Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well. Let the dough rest.
- Open the dough, fill with ham and cheese and roll up. Bake in a greased shape. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle oregano on top, leave until golden!
