  • Cup of Hydrated Tapioca Gum1 cup
  • Teaspoon butter1 coffee spoon
  • Mozzarella slices2 unit(s)
  • Ham slices2 unit(s)
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  1. Sift the tapioca gum that you already buy ready-made.
  2. Put it in a skillet and spread it well until it covers the whole skillet and thickness, it can't be too thin so it doesn't break.
  3. Put it in a skillet over medium heat and, when it starts to loosen from the edges, turn the tapioca.
  4. It comes off easily from the frying pan. If necessary, use a spatula. As soon as it turns, spread the butter. Place the stuffing and fold.
  5. Turn to brown on all sides. Serve it hot.
