- Cup of Hydrated Tapioca Gum1 cup
- Teaspoon butter1 coffee spoon
- Mozzarella slices2 unit(s)
- Ham slices2 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Sift the tapioca gum that you already buy ready-made.
- Put it in a skillet and spread it well until it covers the whole skillet and thickness, it can't be too thin so it doesn't break.
- Put it in a skillet over medium heat and, when it starts to loosen from the edges, turn the tapioca.
- It comes off easily from the frying pan. If necessary, use a spatula. As soon as it turns, spread the butter. Place the stuffing and fold.
- Turn to brown on all sides. Serve it hot.
