- warm milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
- Ham300 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese400 g
- In a container place the yeast, sugar, milk, eggs, oil and wheat flour mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Let it rest for 1 hour. Cut the ham slices and set aside.
- Divide the dough into four parts. Sprinkle some flour on a smooth, clean table.
- With the help of a rolling pin, roll the dough into pieces until it forms a rectangle.
- Cut the dough into strips, place the sausage or ham with cheese in the center.
- Close the ends of the roll with ham and cheese.
- Grease a baking sheet and pass wheat flour.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with egg yolk.
- Place in a preheated oven and bake until golden.
