- Wheat flour5 cup
- Fresh yeast30 g
- Water2 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sesame seed2 tablespoon
- Combine the yeast with the sugar. Add the water and mix well.
- In a container, place the flour and the other ingredients and the mixture containing the yeast.
- Place the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into desired pieces and shape the buns.
- Place on a greased tray and let rise until doubled in volume.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a moderate oven (190 degrees) for approximately 15 minutes.
