  • Seasoned Shredded Chicken2 tablespoon
  • Fresh Chard Leaves to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Place the eggs in a bowl and beat well with a fork until frothy.
  2. Add tapioca and mix well until smooth.
  3. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add olive oil, place over low heat.
  4. Put the crepioca dough and wait for it to cook
  5. Carefully turn over
  6. Place the chard leaves and season with salt, olive oil and oregano to taste
  7. Let it cook a little and add the seasoned shredded chicken
  8. Fold in half and wait to cook a little longer, add oregano to taste on top and that's it 😋
  9. Serve immediately 😋 Great option for a snack, dinner, breakfast or to serve during the cup games 🇧🇷
