- Seasoned Shredded Chicken2 tablespoon
- Fresh Chard Leaves to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat well with a fork until frothy.
- Add tapioca and mix well until smooth.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add olive oil, place over low heat.
- Put the crepioca dough and wait for it to cook
- Carefully turn over
- Place the chard leaves and season with salt, olive oil and oregano to taste
- Let it cook a little and add the seasoned shredded chicken
- Fold in half and wait to cook a little longer, add oregano to taste on top and that's it 😋
- Serve immediately 😋 Great option for a snack, dinner, breakfast or to serve during the cup games 🇧🇷
