- Natural yogurt170 g
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Oat flour200 g
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- In a blender place all the ingredients except the yeast.
- If you prefer, you can mix the flour in a bowl.
- Then add the yeast and mix with a spatula.
- Pour the dough into a 12x20 silicone mold or a greased and floured aluminum mold.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
- For best results use measuring cup: 250ml - measuring spoons
