- Potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces1 kg
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine quality4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground beef700 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Olive oil or oil3 tablespoon
- Place the potatoes in a pan and cover with water and add salt to taste.
- Bring to medium heat, cover the pan and let it cook until the potatoes soften;
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork or pass through a sieve.
- Put the mashed potatoes in a pan and mix the margarine and milk, adjust the salt. Reserve
- In a pan put the oil and take it to the medium fire, when it is hot add the onion and garlic until golden.
- Then add the ground beef and let it sauté for about 10 minutes keeping on medium heat.
- Add the tomato sauce, mix and let it cook for about 15 minutes, add the salt and seasonings of your choice.
- Mounting: Put half of the puree on a platter and spread it all over the bottom, put all the ground beef and cover with the rest of the puree
- Cover with plenty of mozzarella and light patta gratin
