- In a medium saucepan, place 1 tablespoon of butter and heat over high heat to melt, add the onion, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, add the ground beef and fry, stirring until it changes color.
- Add the sazon, tomato paste, olives, 1 pinch of salt, mix and set aside.
- In a large bowl, place the cassava, milk, butter, salt and mix until you get a puree.
- In a large refractory, place half the puree, half the mozzarella, the ground beef and the rest of the puree, finish by spreading the remaining mozzarella over the surface and bake at 180° until the mozzarella melts.
