- Potatoes1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Mozzarella200 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Saffron to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Green Smell3 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes in water and salt to taste. Beat the boiled potatoes in a mixer until they form a puree. Add the egg and wheat flour. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the olive oil and the crushed garlic until golden. Add the minced meat. Season with salt, black pepper, saffron and sweet paprika to taste. Add the onion and let it fry, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add the tomato sauce and the green smell.
- Mounting: In a refractory greased with oil, make a layer with half of the potato mass, make a layer with half of the ground beef sauce. Cover with the mozzarella. Spread the rest of the potato mass. Cover with the rest of the ground beef sauce and finish with the grated Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes to brown.
