- warm milk400 ml
- Mix all the ingredients except the flour
- Add a cup of flour to incorporate, then add the rest until you get a smooth and soft dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, if you need more flour you can add
- Let the dough rest for 40 min.
- Dps open the dough and shape the buns and let it rest for another 40 min.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, until golden.
- When removing the buns, brush with still hot margarine.
