- Warm water and milk. (It can't be too hot or cold). It doesn't kill the fermentation. The ingredients must be at room temperature.
- In a large bowl add 3 tbsp wheat, 3 tbsp sugar, yeast and mix, then add water along with milk and stir.
- Then add the beaten eggs, the oil, the rest of the sugar and mix well.
- Finally, add wheat flour little by little. Leave 2 cups of wheat aside to finish the dough
- Let the dough rest for 1 h. After the dough has doubled in volume, knead the dough until smooth; use the rest of the flour for kneading.
- After kneading the debt into 4 pieces, I make a ball and let it rest until it doubles in size.
- Now knead the dough and shape it into a bread shape and put it in a greased shape.
- Let it rest again until golden in volume. When doubled in size, bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. If you prefer brush the buns with egg, just beat 1 egg with 1 spoon of sugar and pass gently.
