- Wheat flour500 g
- warm milk300 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Organic Yeast10 g
- In a container, place the warm milk, adding the other ingredients, mixing well and the flour last.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until you get to the kneading point.
- Watch out! The more flour you add, the heavier the dough will be.
- Knead the dough for 15 minutes, then make the shape of your choice.
- Place in a greased pan with oil and let it rest for 30 minutes, until it doubles in volume.
- Finally, brush with a beaten egg yolk and a little water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 280°.
