- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Milk250 ml
- Water250 ml
- In a bowl place the margarine, sugar, yeast, warm water and warm milk. Stir with a fuet until everything is dissolved. Gradually add the flour and salt and mix with your hands. Knead in the bowl for about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise until doubled in size in a warmer place. Once risen, divide the dough into two equal parts and open with a rolling pin, flouring the countertop so it doesn't stick. Roll up and place in a greased and floured loaf pan. Let it grow again until it reaches the entire shape. Bake in a hot oven at 200° for about 25 minutes until golden on top. Remove from the oven and form and place on a wire rack to finish drying. Brush margarine over the buns while they are still hot to make them soft. This recipe yields two loaves of approximately 650g.
