- Dissolve the yeast in the sugar, add half the warm water, stir well and add the salt, butter and egg.
- Pour the sifted flour and the rest of the water little by little, regulating so the dough gets to the point of ungluing from your hands.
- Add the water little by little.
- Knead the dough well for approximately 20 minutes.
- Put it to rest in a place protected from light and wind until it doubles in volume.
- Shape the buns. Place them on a greased baking sheet and let them double in volume in a place protected from light and wind.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
