- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Mix the yeast and sugar in a bowl, adding half of the slightly hot water, mixing well and mixing with the salt, butter and eggs.
- Add the rest of the water gradually, so that the dough reaches the point of not sticking.
- Leave the dough a little soft and shape it with your hands, then put it to rest for 25 minutes. Shape the buns afterwards.
