@larissaacioli- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Whole milk250 ml
- Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 kg
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 2 minutes (EXCEPT THE WHEAT), then transfer to a bowl, and add wheat gradually, when I can't move anymore, put the dough on a floured bench and start kneading.
- If it's too sticky, add more wheat. After kneading well and the dough is no longer sticking to your hands, let it rest for 30 minutes to rise.
- When it rises, put the dough back on a bench, cut the dough in the amount of loaves you want, and open the dough and make the rolls (same as in the last photo)
- After modeling the breads, place in a greased and infarinhada shape. And let it rest for about 1 hour for the breads to rise again.
- After the buns have risen, brush 1 egg yolk with a little milk on top of the buns and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
