- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Wheat Flour1 kg
- Milk or water2 cup
- Oil or the fat you prefer1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- 1 Pinch of Salt1 to taste
- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk or water, salt, and yeast for one minute on average.
- In a bowl, add the wheat flour. Gradually add the blender mixture. Transfer to a countertop or surface you prefer. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth. Divide into three parts, cover with cloth or plastic and let it rest until it doubles in volume. After the break period, open the dough, roll it into the shape you prefer, cover again and take it to rest. The pause time at this point is indeterminate and goes on until the dough starts to bubble on the surface. Mine was around an hour and a half to two hours at room temperature around 36°. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 45 minutes on average or until golden.
- You can add chia seeds, flaxseeds when mixing liquids or add grains to the dough when kneading.
