- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except the wheat. In a large bowl put about 800g of wheat and add all the liquid. Add with a spoon and if necessary add more flour little by little. Knead with your hands until it no longer sticks and becomes smooth. Let the dough rest covered until it doubles in volume, about 30 to 40 minutes. Model the breads, put it in the shape (no need to grease) let it rest for a while longer. Bake for about 35 minutes.
