- In a bowl add the yeast, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a glass of warm milk, stir.
- Put 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk in a pan for lukewarm, after lukewarm add to the bowl.
- Then add the 2 slightly beaten eggs, the oil, sugar and salt, always stirring, add the flour little by little and stir with a wooden spoon, but reserve a little of the flour to then knead the dough.

- Divide the dough into three pieces, shape it in the shape you want, put it in a greased shape with butter and flour, cover with plastic film and let it double in volume, take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until you see it. which is already fully golden on top.
- In a bowl, mix 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 of milk, and brush on the bread, when you see that the bread is already a little golden, remove from the oven and brush this mixture and return to the oven to finish baking.
