- Butter/Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour500 g
- In a bowl, mix the egg, butter and sugar. Then add the warm milk and yeast.
- Add the flour gradually and when the dough starts to weigh, throw it on the bench and knead well for about 10 minutes.
- Then put the dough in the bowl, cover and let the dough rest for about 40 minutes.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and shape as you wish. If you want, you can fill it with guava and cheese or ham and mozzarella.
- Place on a baking sheet and let rise again for about 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
