- Wheat flour1 kg

- Organic Dry Yeast for Bread20 g
- Margarine200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- warm milk400 ml
- Sugar9 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and yeast), add the eggs, the margarine and mix with your hands.
- Add the vanilla essence to the milk and gradually add it to the dough, always mixing well with your hands.
- On a countertop or in the sink spread a handful of wheat flour and knead the dough for 10min, and let it rest for 20min.
- After the break, shape the breads in the shape of your preference and put it in a greased shape with margarine, let it rest to rise for 30 min inside the oven off.
- Brush an egg yolk on all the buns and bake until golden. When you take it out of the oven, brush margarine with the breads while it is still hot.
