- Water250 ml
- Milk250 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 dessert spoon
- Bread Yeast20 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour4/5 cup
- In a bowl add eggs, sugar, butter, milk, oil, water, salt and baking powder.
- Mix everything well until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Add the 4/5 cups of wheat flour to the mixture and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hand.
- Let the dough rest for about 25 minutes.
- With the dough grown, separate them into balls or the way you like and mount them on a baking sheet greased with butter and wheat flour.
- Allow another 20 minutes to rest in the oven before turning it on.
- Place in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180°.
