- warm milk250 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- In the blender, all ingredients except the flour. Pour the liquid into a container and add the flour little by little until it doesn't stick to the bottom and you can move it with your hands. Transfer to a table and knead the dough until it comes away from your hands but elastic. Return to the container, cover with a cloth and let rise for approximately 20 minutes or until doubled in volume. Make balls and place in a greased and infarinhada shape, cover again and let rise. Brush with an egg yolk and bake at 180°C until golden.
