- Wheat flour1 kg
- warm milk400 ml
- Oil100 ml
- warm water1 cup
- Sugar200 g
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- In a container, dissolve the yeast and sugar and add the salt, the liquid ingredients, the eggs and mix very well.
- Add the flour little by little until the dough is homogeneous.
- Then knead the dough and let it rest for about 40 minutes.
- Then cut the dough the way you want or just model and put it in the shape wait another 10 minutes
- In the meantime, let the oven preheat to 180 degrees.
- Place the bread in the oven and let it bake.
