- Add all the ingredients, with the exception of the wheat, to the blender. In a bowl, place the mixture and wheat little by little until the dough comes away from your hands. Then knead and then shape the buns.
- Note: before kneading it is important to let the dough rest to double in volume. approx. 40min After shaping the buns, brush with yolk or oil and again let it rest for about 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 or 40 min.
