- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon

- Milk powder3 tablespoon
- warm milk200 ml
- Stuffing - shredded chicken or ham and mozzarella400 g
- Mix the flour and yeast, make a hole in the middle and add the ingredients except the warm milk. Once that's done, stir only what's in the middle to mix.
- Then add the warm milk and with the help of a spoon, stir well, there will come a time when you will no longer be able to stir with the spoon.
- Add flour little by little and knead with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Arriving at this point, cover with plastic film and a cloth, let it rest for 1h30 or until it doubles in size (everything will depend on each region).
- With the dough already grown, place it on a bench sprinkled with flour and divide the dough in two parts and open with a rolling pin, at that moment you will choose your filling. Suggestion: 400g shredded chicken with mozzarella (this amount will be for both buns) Or 400g of ham, mozzarella, tomato and oregano. But you can also make just the breads to eat with butter!!
- After placing the fillings, roll the bread and put it in a greased shape, cover with a cloth and let it rise for another 40 minutes. Before putting the bake preheat the oven to 180° and a container crack an egg (separate the yolk from the white) we use only the yolk and pass with a brush on top of the bread and sprinkle a little oregano and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy your food!!
