- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Dry Organic Baking Powder10 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Warm water250 ml
- Warm milk250 ml
- Mozzarella300 g
- Ham300 g
- Egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, place warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well until the yeast dissolves.
- Start adding the wheat flour little by little, put the salt and knead the dough well for 10 minutes until it is very smooth. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a tea towel and let the dough rest until doubled in volume in a warm place.
- Debt the dough into 3 parts and open with a roll. Put the stuffing of your choice. I put mozzarella and ham. Roll the bread dough leaving the filling in the center.
- With a culinary brush pass the beaten egg yolk over the bread. With a knife, make 3 cuts on top of the bread. And throw oregano. Let rest for another 15 minutes and then bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden. This bread is delish.
