- Wheat flour500 g
- Dry Yeast5 g
- Pork lard50 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Warm water250 ml
- Sugar20 g
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- grated pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- First put the wheat flour (reserve a little), sugar and yeast in a bowl, mix. Make a hole in the center and add the water, salt, lard and egg.
- Mix well until it forms a uniform mass. Then move to a floured bench and knead the dough for 20 minutes and add flour if necessary, as adding too much flour can make your bread harden.
- After kneading the dough will be smooth and soft so put it in the bowl, cover and finally let it rise in a stuffy place until it doubles in volume. Roll out the dough on the floured bench, then shape the buns and fill as you wish and place in a greased shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden. Enjoy your food !
