Wheat flour500 g
Dry Yeast5 g
Pork lard50 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Warm water250 ml
Sugar20 g
Salt1 dessert spoon
grated pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
Oregano to taste

First put the wheat flour (reserve a little), sugar and yeast in a bowl, mix. Make a hole in the center and add the water, salt, lard and egg.
Mix well until it forms a uniform mass. Then move to a floured bench and knead the dough for 20 minutes and add flour if necessary, as adding too much flour can make your bread harden.
After kneading the dough will be smooth and soft so put it in the bowl, cover and finally let it rise in a stuffy place until it doubles in volume. Roll out the dough on the floured bench, then shape the buns and fill as you wish and place in a greased shape.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden. Enjoy your food !
