- Organic Yeast10 g
- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1/2 can(s)
- Oregano1 to taste
- First we make the stuffing, put the onion, pepperoni and sauté in the pan.
- To make the dough, add the egg, oil, milk, salt, sugar, biological yeast to the blender and beat until smooth.
- In a container add the liquid and gradually the flour, mix.
- Put half the dough in a greased shape with margarine and flour, add the pepperoni, then spread the cottage cheese.
- Add the rest of the dough, cover with a dish towel and take it to the oven (off) for 30 minutes for the dough to rise.
- After the dough rises, sprinkle oregano and take it to the oven to bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
