- Oil25 ml
- Water210 ml

- Sanitize and separate ingredients and utensils.
- Add and mix all dry ingredients except salt.
- Then make a hole and add the egg and mix always tearing the dough.
- Add the oil, salt and mix always tearing the dough, then add water little by little, mixing the dough until it is homogeneous.
- After that, let it rest for 40 minutes.
- After , open the dough and remove all the gas and divide the dough into 8 making balls ,
- Put it on the tray in the shape of a cross and fill the entire pudding tray and let it rest for another 40 min.
- After this process, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
