  • Sugar25 g

  • Water210 ml

  1. Sanitize and separate ingredients and utensils.
  2. Add and mix all dry ingredients except salt.
  3. Then make a hole and add the egg and mix always tearing the dough.
  4. Add the oil, salt and mix always tearing the dough, then add water little by little, mixing the dough until it is homogeneous.
  5. After that, let it rest for 40 minutes.
  6. After , open the dough and remove all the gas and divide the dough into 8 making balls ,
  7. Put it on the tray in the shape of a cross and fill the entire pudding tray and let it rest for another 40 min.
  8. After this process, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
