- Beat all the ingredients in the blender and reserve the yeast and flour, after beaten add the yeast and beat for another 1 hi 2 minutes, pour this mixture into a basin and add the flour little by little until the dough does not stick to your fingers
- Let this dough rest until it doubles in size after forming the buns around here I use the rolling pin, I let it rise for another half an hour until the shape is light
- 180 degree oven no need to heat 30 minutes
