- Warm milk1 cup
- Wheat Flour600 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast10 g
- In a bowl place the eggs, sugar, warm milk, butter and yeast and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, put the salt and knead the dough well on the countertop until it comes off the hands and is very smooth.
- Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a tea towel and let it rest in a warm place until doubled in volume.
- Model the donuts as you prefer, place them in a greased and floured mold and let them rest again for about 20 minutes.
- Egg yolk brush and bake in preheated oven at 180° until golden. Make the syrup with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. After roast pass the syrup and splash confectioner sugar. Super easy recipe and it turns out delicious.
