- Boiled and peeled potato1 kg

- Wheat Flour250 g
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan25 g
- mash the potatoes
- Mix all the ingredients
- Knead the dough a little on a floured surface.
- Make strips with the dough and roll them up (like sausages)
- Cut into small pieces
- Place the gnocchi in a pot of boiling water.
- Let them cook until they start to float.
- Serve with red sauce and grated cheese on top :)
